This 20ft Caravel Airstream is a beautifully designed 160 sq ft retreat with everything you need for a cozy and elevated Hill Country stay. Inside, you’ll find a sleeping area with luxe linens, a dinette/lounge area, a modern kitchenette (with stove, sink, microwave, and fridge), and a private wet bath with shower and toilet — all thoughtfully laid out for function and comfort. Enjoy upscale linens and towels, thoughtfully selected soaps, and locally sourced Hill Country coffee to make your stay feel both relaxing and connected to the region. Outside, your private patio overlooks the peaceful farmstead pond and surrounding peach orchard. Fire up the BBQ, relax by the gas fire pit, or enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to their Airstream and patio area, including the gas fire pit and BBQ grill. The Airstream is situated on the scenic Fischer & Wieser Farmstead, where you’ll also have access to shared areas across the property, including the pond, event lawn, and on-site attractions like wine tastings, Dietz Distillery, food trucks, and the specialty retail shop. Please note: While the Airstream is set apart for privacy, other guests may be staying on the farmstead and using shared spaces during your visit.

House Rules and Terms

NO SMOKING

- Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the premises. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $200 fine.

PET POLICY

- Violation of our no pet policy will result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). - Service Animals specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks are welcome. Disclosure of Service Animals is appreciated. -Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered Service Animals and are not permitted at this property. If you are looking for accommodations with an ESA, please ask us about our pet-friendly properties.

PROPERTY DAMAGES

-We appreciate disclosure of damages caused to property being made to us at the time they occur. Reasonable repair or replacement costs based on the item(s) replacement value and/or labor and materials to repair will be assessed and charged to the guest.

QUIET HOURS

-Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM

-If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Hours

- 1st Offense, without Police being dispatched: Will result in a $250 fine - 2nd Offense and/or Police are dispatched: Will result in an immediate eviction with no refund + $250 fine
