Welcome to Lago Villas, your cosy escape in Bingin, Uluwatu, managed by Cabo. A 1-bedroom designer villa with a private pool that gets sun from morning to late afternoon. Clean lines, natural stone, and thoughtful details throughout - but genuinely cozy, not just photogenic. Managed by Cabo Bali, a boutique villa management team based in Uluwatu. WHO THIS VILLA IS FOR Couples who want a well-designed, private space with a pool - not a cookie-cutter Bali box. Solo travellers looking for somewhere safe, clean, and well-hosted (our solo guests consistently mention feeling comfortable here). Partners celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just time away - our team can coordinate decorations, cakes, and special touches if you let us know in advance. THE SPACE Two-storey villa with open-plan living, dining, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has a proper coffee machine, blender, gas stove, full-size fridge, centre island, and everything you’d need to cook - guests regularly mention being surprised by how well-stocked it is. The living area opens directly onto the pool terrace with stone-clad walls, garden loungers, and day beds. The pool gets direct sunlight throughout the day, so it’s warm and swimmable from morning onwards. Upstairs: a spacious bedroom with a king bed and air conditioning. The bathroom has natural light from above but is fully enclosed - no bugs, no open-air surprises. There’s a guest bathroom on the ground floor, plus an outdoor shower by the pool. At night, the mood lighting around the pool and living area completely transforms the space. WHAT’S INCLUDED Fresh bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels. Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, mosquito repellent). Kitchen supplies (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen paper). Welcome refreshments on arrival - cold towels and snacks. Weekly pool and garden maintenance included. Scooter parking at the villa. WiFi throughout. CONSTRUCTION UPDATE (FEBRUARY 2026) After 18 months of construction next door, our neighbour’s project is now finished. The villa is quieter than it’s ever been. There is still some development happening in the wider Bingin area - this is common across Uluwatu right now - but nothing directly adjacent to the property. PET-FRIENDLY Lago Villas is pet-friendly - let us know if you’re travelling with a pet and we’ll make sure everything is set up for you. HOST & SERVICE Lago Villas is managed by Cabo Bali, a boutique villa management company in Uluwatu. Your host Qila and her team are available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within minutes. After booking, you’ll receive a full house guide and personalised recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and things to do across the Uluwatu area. We can also arrange scooter rental, airport transfers, and surfboard hire. If you’re celebrating something special - a birthday, anniversary, or surprise - let us know. Lago Villas is in a quiet residential pocket of Bingin, near the Padang Padang / Labuan Sait area. The villa itself is peaceful, but this is not a walkable neighbourhood for restaurants and nightlife - you’ll want a scooter (or use Grab/GoJek) to get around. Distances by scooter: Restaurants and cafes: 2–5 minutes. Padang Padang Beach: ~10 minutes. Uluwatu Temple area: ~15 minutes. New Kuta Golf: nearby. Luggage storage is available - you can leave bags at the villa until 5pm on checkout day. Pool and garden maintenance happens once a week during your stay. The villa is for the booked number of guests only - no additional visitors or events. This is a residential area and we ask guests to keep noise to a considerate level, especially in the evenings.
