A 2-storey villa with private pool and walled garden in the quiet Bingin hills, 10 minutes by scooter from the cafes, surf breaks, and cliff bars of Uluwatu. Clean-lined, minimalist interiors with an open-plan ground floor that looks straight out onto the pool and tropical garden. The ground floor is one connected living space: an open-plan lounge with floor-to-ceiling glass facing the pool, a dining area that seats two comfortably, and a fully equipped kitchen with a centre island. There’s a half bathroom on this floor and direct access to the pool terrace and garden loungers. Upstairs is the bedroom: a king bed, ensuite bathroom with an enclosed shower that lets natural sunlight in through the open roof, and a private balcony. The whole upper floor is yours it feels separate from the living space below, which gives the villa a sense of size unusual for a one-bedroom. Pool & Outdoor Space The private pool is a good size for cooling off after a day out not a plunge pool. Sun loungers and tropical planting surround it. One end of the pool runs beneath a section of the villa’s upper floor, so watch your head on that side. The outdoor area works for morning coffee, poolside afternoons, and evening drinks. Garden and pool maintenance is done once a week during your stay. Kitchen Full kitchen with a centre island, fridge, cooker, and everything you need to cook a proper meal: pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing supplies. Filter coffee maker with coffee provided. What’s Included Bed linen and pool/shower towels provided and refreshed by the guest porter. Bathroom amenities (soap, toilet paper, anti-mosquito products) and kitchen supplies (kitchen paper, bin bags, dishwashing tablets, coffee) are stocked for your arrival. Weekly pool and garden maintenance during your stay. Lago Villas sits in a quiet residential lane in the Bingin hills. This is not walking distance to the main strip you’ll want a scooter (we can arrange rental) or use Grab/GoJek. It’s about 5–15 minutes by scooter to the cafes, restaurants, and bars along the Bingin–Uluwatu corridor, and around 15 minutes to the beach. The road down the hill to the main road is steep. The upside of the location is genuine quiet, privacy, and space at a price point that’s hard to find closer to the cliffs. There’s a cafe within walking distance for the basics, and Grab is reliable in the area. Check-in from 3pm, checkout by 11am (early check-in often available just ask). Scooter/bike parking at the villa. No events or parties. 2 guests maximum. There is no washing machine. Weekly stays: 10% discount. Monthly stays: 15% discount.
