Casa Pelayo Apartments offers thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartments in the historic and centrally located Puerta de Tierra neighborhood of San Juan. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and professionals, our apartments combine comfort, privacy, and a local residential feel just minutes from Old San Juan and Condado. Each apartment features a separate bedroom, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and modern furnishings—ideal for short or extended stays; also, each unit has a sofa bed. The space is designed for guests who value independence, convenience, and a quiet place to unwind after exploring the city. Please note some apartments are located on a second floor, with only stairs access. Puerta de Tierra is a walkable and well-connected area, home to beaches, parks, local eateries, and easy access to public transportation. From Casa Pelayo, you’re just minutes away from Old San Juan, Condado, Escambrón Beach, cruise ports, and major highways. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that the property manager/owner is not responsible for power or water outages that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as utility provider interruptions). Should an outage happen, we appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will gladly share any available updates from the local utility providers. Please note that decorations, layouts and amenities might slightly change depending on the occupancy and location of the apartment in our building. Also, that this is a shelter rental not a hotel and that we do not provide for free change of towels or sheet, neither housekeeping services while you are staying.
