While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that the property manager/owner is not responsible for power or water outages that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as utility provider interruptions). Should an outage happen, we appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will gladly share any available updates from the local utility providers. Please note that decorations, layouts and amenities might slightly change depending on the occupancy and location of the apartment in our building. Also, that this is a shelter rental not a hotel and that we do not provide for free change of towels or sheet, neither housekeeping services while you are staying. We do the cleaning before the guest check in and after the guest check out. Thank you for your comprehension.
