Casa Pelayo Apartments offers comfortable and well-appointed apartments in the historic Puerta de Tierra neighborhood of San Juan. This unit is ideal for families, groups, or travelers who need extra sleeping space while enjoying a central, residential setting close to the city’s main attractions. The apartment features two queen beds and a sofa bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and modern furnishings. The layout is designed to comfortably accommodate multiple guests while maintaining functionality and ease for both short and extended stays. Located in Puerta de Tierra, the property is within walking distance of beaches, parks, local dining spots, and public transportation. Guests are just minutes from Old San Juan, Condado, Escambrón Beach, cruise terminals, and major access roads. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that the property manager/owner is not responsible for power or water outages that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as utility provider interruptions). Should an outage happen, we appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will gladly share any available updates from the local utility providers. Please note that decorations, layouts and amenities might slightly change depending on the occupancy and location of the apartment in our building. Also, that this is a shelter rental not a hotel and that we do not provide for free change of towels or sheet, neither housekeeping services while you are staying.
