Additionally, one detached guest house includes a queen bed and private bathroom. Outdoors, guests can explore the large orchard and enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees. However, please note contained honeybee hives are present, and due to the abundance of flowers and trees, those with bee allergies should reconsider. The yard is not fenced, and the property features multiple water elements, including serene ponds with self-sustaining fish. The pool is unheated and does not include a spa, but guests can still enjoy the expansive outdoor space with a BBQ, built-in outdoor pizza oven, lounge seating, and breathtaking natural surroundings. A designated children’s play area includes a trampoline, three slides, multiple play structures, and a child-sized table for outdoor fun. The home is equipped with AC and heat for year-round comfort, 4 Smart TVs, and provides garage access along with 5 parking spaces. Immerse yourself in an idyllic living experience surrounded by beautiful lakes, walking trails, a world-class equestrian center, tennis, and golf close by. • No Smoking • Parking: Guests have access to a private driveway with additional street parking available, offering plenty of space for multiple vehicles. • Pets: 25 pound weight limit and may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • No pool heating available • The yard is NOT fenced • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
