Good to know
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over. The parking bay is on the second floor, Parking bay number 78. Guests staying less then 7 days,the security will control access. Guests staying more then 7 days need to register their fingerprint. Fingerprint registration will require the guest name,number and apartment number,to be done at reception. No kids under the age of 8 allowed. Communal Pool is located on the 6th floor.
The Neighborhood
Green Point is an upmarket and trendy neighbourhood of Cape Town, located to the north west of the central business district. It is a popular residential area for young professionals.
