This beautiful Hualalai Rental is the perfect set up for the discerning traveler. In addition to a spacious indoors, there are 3 sizable lanai ( including one large covered space) making this one of the largest private villas at the Resort. The oversized downstairs lanai opens to a manicured lawn area, and there's an ocean view terrace on the 2nd floor with either golf course or water views from most rooms. This property has undergone a recent renovation with new flooring, paint, furnishings and artwork done by a top design team. High quality bedding, linens and bathroom amenities make this the ideal place to relax and enjoy luxury offerings as if you were staying at a Four Seasons Villa itself, while having full Hualalai Resort privileges: the best of both worlds! Four Seasons Resort Access: Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate. The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date.
