In addition to a spacious indoors, there are 3 sizable lanai ( including one large covered space) making this one of the largest private villas at the Resort. The oversized downstairs lanai opens to a manicured lawn area, and there's an ocean view terrace on the 2nd floor with either golf course or water views from most rooms. This property has undergone a recent renovation with new flooring, paint, furnishings and artwork done by a top design team. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account.
