Use of the parking garage is required to book this unit as there is no other available parking. Building Amenities (Amenities Deck - Hot Tubs, Grill Stations, etc.): Resort amenities are controlled and maintained by the Winter Park Resort. Mountain West Vacation Rentals has no control, nor can be held responsible for any closures or mechanical issues. Hours are set by the Resort and any after hours access will be considered a trespassing violation by the Resort with possible fines and/or removal from the premises without refund. There is no guard around the community hot tubs - use at your own risk. Ski Locker: Your reservation includes a complimentary ski locker. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Skis and snowboards cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees. Bike / Bicycle Storage: Your reservation includes a complimentary bike storage in the parking garage. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Bikes / Bicycles cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees. Do not leave trash or recycling in the common areas or hallways of the building. There are clearly marked Trash Rooms in the building on each floor by the elevator. Any violations will incur a $100.00 fine for each occurrence will be the responsibility of the guest. Winter Travel Advisory: Colorado’s traction law requires 4WD/AWD during winter months. Snow can occur anytime—vehicles without proper traction may not reach the property. No refunds for weather-related travel issues. We recommend 3rd-party travel insurance for peace of mind.
