It is a walking distance to Marina Mall and Pier7, the Marina's premiere fine dining scene with 7 different restaurants. The walk at JBR street is located parallel to the seafront. This unique shopping destination lets visitors enjoy the sea breeze while shopping for their desired items. You will also find multiple famous eateries offering a wide variety of cuisines to their customers. Ain Dubai, the world's biggest ferris wheel, is located on an island at a walking distance from the beach. There are three supermarkets near the bulding: Carrefour , W Mart and Al Maya. And there is a hospital and a clinic within a walking distance. - All access cards must be left on the table, and keys in the lock box, after check out. Failure to do so will result in AED 500 charged for replacement. - Guests should be 19 years old and above, or if guests are below 19 years old, there should be an adult/parent staying with them for the entire stay. - Although pots and pans are available, there are no cooking items such as oil, salt and pepper at the property. We also do not stock dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent. Guests are requested to purchase these items themselves. - Make sure to read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
