House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Outside facing north. It is on and operating. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
