About the Home
As you step into this lovely apartment you’ll immediately appreciate the open-plan design that flawlessly merges the kitchen and living areas. The balcony features a spacious outdoor dining area and weber BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals and embracing the beautiful sea breezes and coastal atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a high table for your stay. The living space exudes coastal charm with its plush chaise sofa, air-conditioning unit and a smart TV. The single secure garage is equipped with kayaks, boogie boards, beach toys, and a beach trolley, while inside you'll find a portacot, high chair, plastic dinnerware, a selection of board games, books, and children's toys. Bedroom One (Master Bedroom): The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, plus a smart TV. Bathroom One (Master Ensuite): Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom Two: Furnished with a double bed and a single bed (sleeps 3), this room is perfect for the kids and has an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboards. Bedroom Three: The final bedroom is complete with a comfortable queen bed, this room has an air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboards. Bathroom Two: The main bathroom offers a vanity, small bath, shower and a separate toilet. *Please be aware that the apartment is situated next to the Caloundra bus station, which means there may be noise from the station. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
