The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
