Living & Dining The spacious open-plan living area is the heart of the home. A generously sized sofa, natural textures and warm wooden furnishings create a welcoming place to relax, read, enjoy a movie or spend quality time together. The dining area flows naturally into the living space and kitchen, making it easy to share meals and conversations without feeling separated from the rest of the group. Fully Equipped Kitchen The sleek contemporary kitchen combines clean design with everyday convenience. Prepare a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or put together a favourite meal using the kitchen facilities. Three Bedrooms | Four Bathrooms The villa features three comfortable bedrooms with two king-size beds and two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. Good to know

Beach access: Ban Tai Beach which is the most calming and have beautiful sunset view is approximately a 10-minute walk from the villa. We preform cleaning twice a week or 4th day of during your stay at the villa. To ensure fair and transparent billing, electricity consumption is measured using a dedicated meter. The meter reading will be recorded at both check-in and check-out, and electricity is charged separately at THB 7 per kWh, based on your actual usage. Koh Samui is a beautiful tropical island, and like many island destinations, it may occasionally experience temporary power outages or internet interruptions due to local infrastructure. While these situations are beyond our control, our team will be available to assist and coordinate with the relevant providers to address any issues as promptly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any temporary interruptions occur during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
