Fully equipped kitchen: Stocked with cooking essentials, cookware, and appliances for preparing home-style meals. A breakfast bar with seating offers a comfortable spot for dining or working. Laundry closet: Includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Bedroom: Rest in a king-size smart bed with dual remotes, allowing each guest to adjust their side for personalized comfort. Bathroom: 1 full bath with all basic toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper starter pack). Outdoor area: A peaceful backyard surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring historic sights. (Please note: the yard is not fully fenced.)

Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory. Please note that there's no exterior back door as the property is not fully fenced in. You'll need to supervise kids at all times in the yard area. Baby equipment is available for a fee. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details. Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $500 - $1000 depending on the damaged/replaced items. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - No pets are allowed. - Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
