The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room is well-equipped with everything you could need for a home away from home. You'll find lots of entertainment options, including a smart TV with Sky Box, PS5 and Bluetooth speaker. Meanwhile, the kitchen is complete with the full suite of appliances, including a kMix food mixer, a Nespresso coffee machine and grinder, microwave and dishwasher. Along with all the regular appliances! You can also enjoy use of children's dinnerware and a high chair. Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms are similarly kitted out. All 3 have decent sized smart TVs and family amenities, including a travel cot and bath. The utility room is also up here where a washing machine and tumble dryer are located for your convenience, as well as ironing facilities and hair dryers. So it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations. Dogs are welcome with a fee of £25.00 (max 1 dog). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms and are not left in the property unattended. Any mess must also be cleaned up.
