This thoughtfully designed studio on the 4th floor of Haven Tower offers a comfortable, modern living space with everything you need for a relaxing Dubai stay. The living area features a plush sofa and Smart TV—perfect for cosy evenings or a quiet morning coffee. Just behind the living area, a comfortable queen-size bed sits near a built-in wardrobe, making excellent use of the space while keeping the room open and airy. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils, while the dining area for two provides a convenient spot for meals between the kitchen and living space. The bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a fresh and comfortable start to your day. Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small table—ideal for unwinding in the evening or enjoying breakfast outdoors. Guests have full access to the building’s shared amenities, including a fully equipped gym, adult and children’s swimming pools, and a dedicated kids’ play area, all conveniently located on the first floor. A designated parking space is also provided for added ease and convenience during your stay. Professionally cleaned before your arrival, the apartment guarantees a spotless, comfortable setting for your Dubai experience.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
