Self check‑in, eco tax & Guest Portal: This is a self check‑in holiday home. You will be able to access the Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form has been completed. Your door code will be available from 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you would like to drop off your luggage earlier, please message us and we will confirm if this is possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so we appreciate your understanding. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will contact you. Paying the eco tax online: In line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, the eco tax must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival.
