Surrounded by flower-filled gardens, this Ibizan villa is perfectly located to enjoy the restaurants, pretty beach and tranquil waters in this quaint, family-friendly beachside town. Take a dip in the infinity pool with beautiful views across the rooftops to the blue waters of the Mediterranean. Dry off in the sofa seating and loungers by the pool or relax amidst the flowers in the property?s generous gardens. A sheltered outside dining space includes a wood-fired barbeque and affords more beautiful pool and sea views. Inside, you?ll find a large, bright and well-equipped kitchen, and the large living area has corner seating plus a Smart TV, PlayStation 3 and a Wii with games. The versatile bedroom accommodation consists of a double room, two twin bedrooms, and a single bedroom with access to the terrace; between them they share two bathrooms. This Ibizan holiday home is a great choice for families or groups who value the private pool and garden space but wish to remain close to the amenities of Cala Vadella. Cleaning every Saturday if stay is longer than 1 week including linen/towel change, plus check-out clean. We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds. **License Number: ETV-1391-E
