Your studio is thoughtfully set on the 4th floor, combining comfort, style, and a bright, open layout that feels instantly inviting. Step inside and begin your tour in the living room, a cosy, light-filled space featuring a comfortable sofa and Smart TV—ideal for unwinding after a day in Dubai or enjoying a slow morning indoors. From here, flow naturally into the dining area, positioned perfectly between the kitchen and living space. With seating for two, it’s a charming spot for breakfast, work, or evening meals. Just a few steps further, the open-plan kitchen awaits—fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Its streamlined design keeps the space social and practical, whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick snack. Rest in the bedroom area, where a plush king-size bed sits beside large glass doors that bathe the space in natural light. These doors lead directly to the balcony, giving you an effortless indoor–outdoor flow. A standing mirror and wardrobe sit just in front, offering both convenience and organised storage. Next, make your way to the bathroom, fitted with a sleek walk-in shower, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries to refresh and revitalise your stay. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
