Palma Residences is an exclusive, premium and high end, gated community, which is incredibly well positioned in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. It is in our opinion one of the best overall villa locations in Dubai, as it is a peaceful and quiet beach front community which is much quieter that hotel or public beaches, yet it is a stones throw from Nakheel Mall, Golden Mile, and the shoreline beach clubs. With it being located on the trunk of the Palm, it is also a far shorter journey to the main land, when comparing with the fronds, plus it has no traffic concerns.
