It features two well-appointed bedrooms: the master bedroom includes a 180 cm king-size bed suitable for two guests and large wardrobes for storage, while the second bedroom offers a 120 cm single bed. There is also a convenient desk for those who may need to work from home. The living room is spacious and inviting, equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. The room also has a smart TV and fast WiFi, creating a perfect space for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining at home. It includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, double fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and all essential kitchenware. A dining table for four is available in the kitchen area, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a calm and pleasant area, yet only minutes from the metro. This makes it easy to reach central parts of the city and explore nearby restaurants, parks, shops, and cultural sites. It combines convenience with comfort, making it an excellent home base for any visit. Note: There is stairs to come up to the elevator. Centrally located and 800m away from the metro Thorhildsplan. The flat is close to a spacious green park called Fredhällsparken where you can find lovely walking paths close to the seaside. Just down the road, you can find a mini-golf court that is called ”Golfbaren Kristineberg”. There you can play minigolf, grab a beer or a pizza. You have the grocery store just around the corner 200 m away. With the metro you can easily access neighborhoods like Gamla Stan, Norrmalm, and Östermalm which is only 15 minutes away. If you enjoy playing football there is a football complex nearby called ”Kristinebergs IP” and a playground for younger children nearby called Uggleparken. Terms and Conditions 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. 2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. 11. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Guests are asked to communicate with the host if an early check-in or late check-out is possible. If there is no confirmation of either an early check-in or a late check-out, an additional fee of 400 SEK per hour will be charged.
