The apartment accommodates up to six guests and offers a mix of charm, functionality, and thoughtful details. There are two sleeping areas: the first bedroom features a 160 cm bed. The second sleeping area includes a 140 cm wide bed. Please note that this room does not have its own window or ceiling light, but it still provides a private and comfortable sleeping space. The two areas are separated by a curtain instead of a door, but each has its own access to the rest of the apartment. The long living room is bright and welcoming, with a 140 cm sofa bed for extra guests, a dining table for six, and a decorative fireplace that adds a cozy touch (please note it’s not functional, but you can use candles or other decorative lighting). From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, half-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and all the basics you’ll need to cook and enjoy meals at home. There’s also a smaller dining area with seating for four. In the bathroom, you’ll find a combined washer and dryer for your convenience during longer stays. This apartment is a comfortable and characterful place to call home during your visit. Kungsholmen offers a central and vibrant location in Stockholm, home to some of the city's best restaurants, cozy cafes, and lively bars. The City Hall and Central Station are just a 10-minute walk away, while lush parks provide peaceful green spaces nearby. A 15-minute stroll takes you to the bustling shopping street Drottninggatan, and within 20 minutes, you can explore the historic Old Town and the stunning Royal Swedish Castle. Terms and Conditions Accommodations 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. 2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. 11. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Guests are asked to communicate with the host if an early check-in or late check-out is possible. If there is no confirmation of either an early check-in or a late check-out, an additional fee of 400 SEK per hour will be charged.
