About the Home

THE HOUSE EVERYONE FIGHTS TO BOOK NEXT YEAR Big family trips fall apart when there's nowhere to spread out. Here, there's a room for every mood: a cinema with tiered leather recliners for movie night, a game room with pool table, shuffleboard and foosball for friendly grudge matches, and an arcade loft upstairs where the teens disappear for hours. Downstairs, the kitchen, dining and family room open onto each other, so nobody cooks alone and nobody misses the story. Good to know

BOOKING: The reservation holder must be 21 or older and may be asked for ID matching the payment method. RESORT ACCESS: Storey Lake requires every guest's first and last name 24 hours before arrival. We'll send a short form after booking; without it the gate cannot issue your pass. POOL & SPA HEAT (optional, for a fee): Request at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool and spa share one heater and reach about 86°F; the spa is a warm-water area, not a jetted hot tub. In cold snaps (below 40°F) the water will feel cooler – this is normal and not a malfunction, so heat fees are non-refundable once turned on. GRILL: Gas grill rental available on request before arrival (fee applies); propane refills not included. EXTRAS ON REQUEST: Pack 'n Play, high chair, and early check-in or late check-out when the calendar allows (fee applies). After the starter kit, guests restock. Not provided: washcloths, pool towels, spices or open food. PACKAGES: USPS does not deliver inside the resort; UPS/FedEx deliveries carry a $10 handling fee and the resort cannot watch unattended parcels. MAINTENANCE: Our team inspects before every arrival, but if anything isn't right, message us the same day – the sooner we know, the faster we can fix it. HOUSE RULES: No parties or events, no smoking anywhere on the property, no pets. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM per resort rules.
