This home is one side of a duplex, featuring a full bathroom upstairs along with two bedrooms with a king bed each, a half bathroom downstairs. A twin-sized sleeper chair is available in the living room. The home also features a full kitchen and living room, as well as a back patio with seating and fire ring. You will also have access to two private parking spaces in the driveway! Note there are no laundry units at this time.
