Photo ID and signed rental agreement required upon booking // You may park up to three cars in the dedicated areas, but do not block the shared drive // No visitors, extra guests, contractors, or vendors allowed without manager approval // Guests are responsible for replacement cost of broken or missing items // Pet fee of $100 is per dog // Hot tub maintenance may occur between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM any day of the week, as needed to maintain the amenity. By booking, guests acknowledge and permit authorized service personnel to access the exterior of the property during these hours for inspection, maintenance, or repair of the hot tub.
