Photo ID and signed rental agreement required upon booking // You may park up to five cars in the driveway // No visitors, extra guests, contractors, or vendors allowed without manager approval // Guests are responsible for replacement cost of broken or missing items // Pet fee of $100 is per dog // Upper bunk weight limit in Miller's Manor is 140 lbs // Hot tub maintenance may occur between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM any day of the week, as needed to maintain the amenity. By booking, guests acknowledge and permit authorized service personnel to access the exterior of the property during these hours for inspection, maintenance, or repair of the hot tub.
