Welcome to the Seashell Suite 🐚, a themed 2B bungalow (1/2 of duplex) right on the intracoastal of Treasure Island. The perfect location, our duplex has a large back exterior stone patio, plenty of seating and sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and a private boat dock -- YES, you can park a boat (extra fee), FISH, and your PETS are more than welcome 🐕 our property is fully renovated and comes with free parking! It's LESS THAN A 9 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! *** Note, a digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. You must also provide a legal, non-expired photo ID and verification photo. Welcome to the Seashell Suite 🐚 (WE ARE PET FRIENDLY), 1 of 2 units at our WATERFRONT duplex. Our beautiful 2 bed, 1 bath apartment has been renovated with vinyl all throughout, sea-inspired decor, three FIREPLACES (electric), and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The apartment - ✓ 2 QUEEN Beds + linens & towels 🛏️ ✓ 3 INDOOR Fireplaces (one for each room) ✓ Full kitchen + stainless steel appliances ✓ Comfy living room sofa (another sleeper) ✓ ROKU TV (you have to log into your apps) ✓ WATERVIEW from the living room ✓ One FREE parking spot out front ✓ High Speed WIFI ✓ All the cooking supplies necessary! 👨🍳 OUTSIDE AMENITIES (SHARED WITH THE NEIGHBORING UNIT) - ✓ Located ON THE WATER ✓ BOAT DOCK (you can fish!) ✓ Fireplace & furniture ✓ BBQ Grill 🫕 ** Propane is NOT provided, you must pick it up nearby!!!! ✔ For BOAT PARKING: You are welcome to park your boat for free! We treat for pests every month but pests are still common in Florida and it is possible you may see a bug or two during your stay. We do not issue refunds for issues related to pests. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 5-10 minutes for restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. 🐜 Pest Note: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. PLEASE NOTE: -- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience. ⚠ Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
