The Artisan: a meticulously renovated boutique building comprised of custom designed lofts that pay homage to the timeless craftsmanship of artisans. Your unique rental, “The Potter”, is a stunning 3-bedroom 2-bathroom loft, designed to be an artful retreat inspired by the timeless craft of pottery. The unit evokes the warmth and earthiness of a potter's studio by combining natural textures, organic shapes, and calming tones to celebrate the beauty of handmade artistry. Natural light pours into the space, highlighting the rich, neutral color palette of terracotta and warm beige. A handcrafted ceramic pendant light hangs delicately above, its soft glow resembling the warmth of a kiln. The details are complemented by soaring high loft ceilings, extravagant exposed wood beams, and elegant custom designed accents. The property’s renowned designers worked tirelessly to craft and source one-of-a-kind pieces, capturing the true essence of The Artisan’s vision, while simultaneously creating the most unique and luxurious stay in Philadelphia. One of Philly’s best neighborhoods due to its walkable layout, top-notch bars & cafes, and authentic international eateries offering no shortage of options. Quick and easy access to all major highways including 676 and rt 95. The Artisan's full restoration occurred in 2024, and it has been carefully crafted to maintain its historic character and original charm, while seamlessly integrating modern and comforting amenities. In total, the building encompasses 15 units across 4 stories, with each unit being carefully curated to a unique type of Artisanry. Additional features of the property include a single-family home ; large open-air courtyard with water and rock fountain ; multiple outdoor decks and balconies ; and elevator access. Good to know

1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm. 2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund. 3) Pets: Dogs are the only type of pet permitted. Size and type of dog must be approved in advance. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to approve or deny any and all pets. Approved pets result in a $95.00 charge before Airbnb's taxes and fees. 4) Cleaning During You Stay: Cleaning during your stay must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and the cleaning may occur between 9am - 1pm at our cleaner's discretion. Cleaning cost will be billed in advance and at the cleaning fee rate.
