House Rules and Terms

Dear guests, Please follow the condominium rules — any fines will be the responsibility of the reservation holder. Pool and gym: open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Game room, massage room, and home theater: make a reservation at the front desk. Parking: keys must be left with the valet. Sauna: request to turn it on in advance at the front desk. When leaving during your stay, please leave the key at the front desk and inform if you'd like cleaning service. The building offers a laundry service — ask the front desk for pricing. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (R$300 fine). Entry is allowed only for registered guests. Please avoid wearing swimwear in common areas. Crib available for R$150 (delivery included). We provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, with no refills. For stays of 30 days or more, electricity and gas usage must be paid separately. We’re here if you need anything. Enjoy your stay!
