We will be very happy to welcome you to our space! Guests will have direct access to the owner, who lives in São Paulo, by phone and email, for any questions and clarifications, and will be looked after and attended to personally, with a lot of attention and affection by Rafaela and Fernanda, who are the co-hosts at this accommodation. ! For stays lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas expenses will be the responsibility of the guest according to consumption. “Check the availability of the portable crib to schedule. In addition, a travel fee of R$50.00 will be charged.” We only provide two rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom and we do not replace them after they are finished.

The apartment is on the subway block, next to the shopping mall and excellent restaurants, cinemas and bars. Botafogo is an upscale upper-middle class neighborhood in the South Zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro, with almost 100 thousand inhabitants, the neighborhood is known for housing one of the country's main postcards: Enseada de Botafogo, with the Pão hills de Açúcar and Urca in the background.
