You’ll enjoy staying in this charming modern apartment that provides you with plenty of space for relaxation at a very competitive price. Kick back and enjoy watching your favorite film on the smart TV, or cook your family a delicious meal in the newly renovated kitchen stocked with the essentials. You’ll find the one bedroom and sleep sofa provide sleeping arrangements for up to four guests and a bathroom stocked with amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels and more. The open floorplan offers a kitchen island with 2 stools, you can post up at the quaint dining table for two, or simply kick back on the sofa following a day of sightseeing or meetings. Wi-fi is provided so you can spend time surfing the web or finishing up work outside of the office. A backyard patio equipped with gas grill is available for getting some fresh air on a beautiful day in the city.

While families and multiple guests are allowed to stay at the property, we do not permit parties or events. Parties and events thrown at this location are subject to additional charges. Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be refreshed and provided to you prior to your arrival, but you will be responsible for replenishing should you run out during your stay and need more. Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of $10 per additional night will apply. Booking & Guest Verification Notice To help ensure a safe and respectful stay for our guests and neighbors, reservations may be subject to additional verification prior to check-in. Guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and additional information related to their stay. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. All reservations must comply with the property's occupancy limits and house rules. Local Guest Policy To help protect the property and maintain a safe environment for our guests and neighbors, we do not accept reservations from local guests residing within the surrounding area. Local reservations may be subject to cancellation. If you are a local resident and believe your stay may qualify for an exception, please contact us prior to booking. • Please be courteous to the neighbors living around you at ALL times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM - 8 AM please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at a minimum. • Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the plumbing system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. • ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the suite. • ABSOLUTELY NO gatherings causing excessive noise. No guests allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count. • Have an AMAZING stay (: **Late checkout may be allowed as long as a minimum 1 hour notice is given and permission is granted. As each turnover is scheduled around our cleaning team and the next guest’s arrival, an unapproved late departure can create significant disruption. If there is a late checkout without prior notification or permission, fees will apply.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the private 1-bedroom apartment. There is ample street parking available for your vehicle(s), and no tags or DC permit is needed. Please be mindful of the once a week street cleanings indicated on the signs, where you can park on the other side of the street on whichever day is indicated not to park. For your convenience, we installed a keypad entry to the home, allowing you go about your day without having to track a key. The code is changed after check-out.
