House Rules and Terms

Thank you for booking with us! Please review the rules below before your arrival and ensure that all accompanying guests follow them during your stay. NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)

EARLY CHECK INS

Early check ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 3pm or 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. Early check ins are $20 per hour for every hour in advance of the check in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS

Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $20 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE

If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

EVENTS

There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a part or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the part or has extra guests that are not disclosed / reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be fined an additional fee of $200. - Please use the dining room for eating; refrain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons - No pets. - No smoking inside of the property (if guests smoke inside we will charge a $200 fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - We have a Ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons.
