30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.

Unauthorized parties (loud music, unapproved guests, or a gathering that disrupts the surrounding community) are strictly forbidden and will result in the non-refundable termination of your stay as well as a mandatory reimbursement for additional cleaning and noise ordinance violation fines.

The use of illicit drugs is prohibited. Strong suspicion or evidence of substance use will result in the non-refundable termination of your stay and a fine of $1,000.

This unit is smoke-free. You may smoke outside only and all cigarette butts must be safely and properly disposed of. Evidence of indoor smoking (odor, ash, loose tobacco, loose cannabis, etc) will incur a fine of $1,000. *Dispose of food waste in the designated trash cans, not in the refrigerator. *Clean and load dishes into the dishwasher. *Place used towels and bed linens in the bathroom. *Properly dispose of trash in designated bins and ensure proper segregation. Failure to comply with these guidelines may incur an additional $350 deep cleaning

The number of overnight guests in your group must be disclosed in your booking details. Any daytime guests must be approved by your host. Failure to disclose daytime or overnight guests may result in the non-refundable termination of your stay and subsequent fines.

All pets must be disclosed in your booking details. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. Evidence of undisclosed pets will result in a fine and a potential non-refundable termination of your stay. Damages left by pets, whether disclosed or undisclosed (pet hair, pet waste, stains, etc), will result in reimbursement for subsequent additional cleaning.

Please observe our county noise ordinance and ensure that your group is not audible to the surrounding community. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in fines and the non-refundable termination of your stay depending on the severity of the violation.

As we are at the peak of fire season, fires are absolutely prohibited unless they are in designated gas-fueled fire pits with an emergency shutoff valve.

All check out procedures must be observed. They will be sent to you the day of your checkout. Failure to observe our checkout procedures may result in fines for additional cleaning and a ban from this unit and others under our management.

We do not provide pool towels, please make sure to pack your own. Outdoor damage to our indoor towels will result in a fine of $20 per towel.
