We are located in Starr Crest Resort just minutes from Dollywood! After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 dollar hold on the card for validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
