Fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi ready, it offers a calm, stylish atmosphere for a relaxing stay. - Living Room: Styled in soft, light tones, the open-plan living area features two sofas and an armchair around a smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, perfect for unwinding after a day in Dubai. - Dining Area: A round table with four chairs sits within the living space, ideal for meals, coffee, or casual work. - Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry, modern appliances, and all cookware needed to prepare anything from quick snacks to full meals. - Bedroom 1: A serene king-size bedroom with built-in storage and an ensuite bathroom opens onto the furnished balcony with Dubai Autodrome views, offering a peaceful retreat. - Bedroom 2: Also with a king-size bed and built-in storage, the second bedroom mirrors the apartment’s bright and contemporary style. - Bathrooms: Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, modern fixtures, and elegant finishes for a refreshing start to the day. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in both bathrooms. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
