Set high on the 12th floor, this bright and tastefully furnished 1-bedroom apartment blends modern style with homely comfort—ideal for both short stays and longer visits. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair, and flat-screen TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind. Between the living room and kitchen sits the dining table for four, offering a cosy spot for shared meals or casual work sessions. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes all essential appliances, cookware, and utensils—perfect for preparing your favourite meals with ease. The bedroom is designed for rest and relaxation, featuring a double bed with soft linens, ample wardrobe space, and direct access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, while a powder room next to the kitchen adds extra convenience for guests. Step onto the private balcony, accessible from both the bedroom and living room, where you’ll find two chairs and a small table—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guests also benefit from a designated parking space and full access to Siraj Tower’s shared amenities, including swimming pools for adults and children and a fully equipped gym. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
