🚧This is a NEW building and there might still be building maintenance taking place during the day. FAÇADE REPAIRS COMMENCING ON THE 17 JUNE 2025 for 5/6weeks. Some noise is expected, particularly during the erection and dismantling of scaffolding. However, noise levels during the actual works should be relatively low, as most work involves plaster repairs and painting. Monday to Saturday. Builders will be walking around on the scaffolding outside of the building.🚧 The bedroom backs the busy Sea Point main road, but you are on the 4th floor higher up. Kindly note this is a strictly NO SMOKING BUILDING. Kindly DO NOT smoke out on the patio or any area in this building . Breaking this rule could result in a heavy fine from the management of the building. We do offer a Snooza Fold-out Floor mattress for a child or young adult as the 3rd guest. If you are staying for longer than a week, we request that Housekeeping come in to clean and change your towels and linen. The cost of the service is an extra and will be charged to you via resolution centre. Kindly refer to the house manual for prices. Loadshedding is a norm in South Africa.
