The use of the pool area is strictly permitted only for the primary guests. - No guests are allowed to have extra visitors using any of the facilities or overnight on the premises. - A fine of R1 000,00 or more per offence for guests transgressing any of the rules Important Information for Long Stays For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled every 7 nights (e.g., on Day 8, Day 15, etc.) to maintain hygiene and linen quality. This service includes fresh linen, light cleaning, and trash removal. Fee: R560 per clean (separate from the standard cleaning fee). The fee is payable in advance via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre (an official Airbnb process) and must be settled before check-in. Please note: Linen may only be used for a maximum of 7 nights before replacement. Please note that South Africa experiences scheduled power outages known as loadshedding.
