The fully equipped modern kitchen makes cooking at home a pleasure, complete with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and an attached laundry area for added convenience. The cozy and inviting master bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A deep, muted blue accent wall behind the bed contrasts softly with the light-colored surroundings, and two matching bedside lamps enhance the room's tranquil feel. The space is also equipped with a smart TV and a portable fan for personalized comfort. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and are equally comfortable, featuring soft blue accent walls, off-white paint, bedside lamps, dressers, smart TVs, and portable fans—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Mesa. House Rules Required We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
