The house features five bedrooms, four of them equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, offering restful nights even on warmer days. All bathrooms have hot showers, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Outdoor living is one of the highlights of this property. The swimming pool is spacious and inviting, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or simply relaxing under the sun. There are pleasant areas for breakfast and shared meals, as well as hammocks where guests can slow down, read, or nap while enjoying the calm atmosphere. The house is well located, close enough to the beach to be convenient, yet set in a quiet and peaceful area. Safety is not a concern here. The local culture is based on mutual respect, creating a sense of ease and freedom that allows guests to fully relax and feel at home. This is a great base for experiencing everything Preá has to offer. During the windy season, especially from July to December and also slightly before and after, the region becomes a paradise for kitesurfing enthusiasts. And if you want more movement, restaurants, and nightlife, Jericoacoara is also just 20 minutes from the house—an international destination famous for its dunes, lagoons, and sunset gatherings. Beyond kiteboarding, the region has a lot to offer. You can explore freshwater lagoons, take a quad or 4x4 tour along the coast, ride horses on the beach, try a downwind, or simply enjoy the natural beauty that makes this part of Ceará so special. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm till 8am * Social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for Building authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 6 people per day. Maximum time to enter the property is at 9pm. * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1200 penalty if we need to empty it to clean it) * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
