All bedrooms are air conditioned, ensuring restful nights after sunny days. In total, the house offers six full bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for families or groups traveling together. The outdoor area is one of the highlights. A beautiful swimming pool with a jacuzzi invites you to cool off during the day or relax under the stars at night. On the rooftop, a pool table adds a fun and social touch to the experience. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at your own pace, and two barbecue grills allow you to enjoy relaxed outdoor dining, whether for a casual lunch or a long evening gathering. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed. * Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm, up to 2 persons at the same time and 4 different people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet, nor building facilities closed temporarily for causes outside of our control. * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
