Living, Dining & Kitchen The ground floor offers an open living and dining space with a sofa, TV, and reliable WiFi for everyday convenience. The full kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and dining essentials. Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Bedrooms: All bedrooms are located on the second floor. • Bedroom 1: Queen bed and TV • Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, and private full bathroom • Bedroom 3: Mickey Mouse-themed room with a full-over-twin bunk bed and TV A second full bathroom serves the upper floor, while a half bathroom is downstairs. Private washer and dryer facilities are also provided. Outdoor Amenities Step outside to the screened private pool and patio, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ grill and barbecue utensils. Resort Amenities Located inside gated Bella Vida Resort, guests have access to a variety of community amenities, including a resort-style clubhouse and pool, hot tub, fitness center, walking trails, scenic lake areas, sports courts, and open green spaces. Pool & BBQ - Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50 USD/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. - A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play is available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. - A BBQ grill (propane not included) is also available for an additional fee. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
