We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. β° Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late π΅ Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. π‘ Private Entry: This is a garden-level basement unit with a private entry. Please note that this is a shared space with the tenants upstairs, so you may hear some noise from above. π No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property. β City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down.
