The stop in Milan

- Check-in from 11:00 AM just to drop off your luggage. The house will be cleaned until 03:00 PM and at 03:00 PM it will be clean and perfect for you. - If you need to check in between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM, you can come to the apartment to drop off your luggage. You will then have to return to the apartment once the apartment is clean and perfect for you from 03:00 PM onwards. - IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to you on the platform to provide the identity documents of all guests and face recognition. It is mandatory to provide the documents of all guests and performe face recognition by the date of check-in, otherwise it will not be possible to legally have access to the apartment; in accordance with the law art. 109 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Security) states that "... The landlord can only give access to the apartment to people who have provided a valid identification document and has been verified." The documents' information will be sent to the police and city hall for public security. - It is forbidden to use the sofa as a bed during your stay. - Follow the instructions to self-check-in to get in the apartment. Three days before your check-in date, you'll receive the link for the self-check-in instructions on the platform. Check-in can also be done late in the evening. - Self check-in is available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, you can still complete self check-in independently, but phone and platform chat support will not be available. Our support hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - Outside the 9:00 AM–10:00 PM time frame, we are not reachable, either by phone or via the platform chat. If you have any needs or issues during those hours, you will need to contact us again once support is available. - Check-out no later than 10:00 AM. Turn off the lights and air conditioning, close all windows and the apartment door. Lock the door with the "back" button on the keypad, next to the number 9. Please note that you need to take away your garbage at check out. - It is required to communicate the time of arrival at least the day before your arrival. - Respect the property and keep it clean. - Turn off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment. - Close the windows and close the front door every time you leave the apartment. We are not responsible for your personal belongings in the event of a break-in or theft. - We can offer a baby travel cot free of charge (Pack and play) if requested prior to your stay. Please note that blankets and sheets for the cot will not be provided. You will need to bring your own. The request must be received via the platform by the day before your check-in, otherwise, we will not be able to fulfil the request. - It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or on the stairs, in accordance with art. 51 of Law no. 3 of 16 January 2003 "Health protection of non-smokers". - Respect the neighbours, don’t run up the stairs and keep your voice and music low during the quiet hours (10.00 PM -09.00 AM). - Do not leave dirty dishes or garbage in the house at check-out. It is necessary to take away the garbage at check out and do recycling.

- EURO 50 (Only in case of emergency that requires our intervention due to negligence of guests or their wrongdoing). - EURO 100 in case of unauthorized LATE CHECK OUT. It is strictly forbidden to check out later than 10 AM if not previously agreed with us over the platform. Moreover, it will be charged an additional 100 euro for every further hour or fraction thereof. (e.g. 2h in late 200 euro, 3h in late 300 euro). - EURO 50 in case of dirty dishes, leftover food or trash left in the apartment. It is required to clean the dishes, throw away trash and recycle it in the proper bins in the courtyard. If these charges are due, they will be requested through the platform website. Cash will not be accepted.

- Check-in dalle 11:00 AM solo per lasciare le borse. La casa verrà pulita fino alle 15:00 e alle 15:00 sarà pulita e perfetta per te. - Qualora dovessi effettuare il check in fra le 11:00 e le 15:00, potrai venire all'appartamento a lasciare le borse. Dovrai poi tornare all'appartamento una volta che l'appartamento sarà pulito e perfetto per te dalle 15:00 in poi. - DOCUMENTI DI IDENTITA’: a prenotazione confermata, ti verrà inviato un link per fornire i dati dei documenti di identità di tutti gli ospiti ed effettuare il riconoscimento facciale. E' obbligatorio fornire i documenti di tutti gli ospiti e effettuare il riconoscimento entro la data del check in altrimenti non si avrà accesso all'appartamento; in accordo con la legge art. 109 del TULPS (Testo Unico Legge di Pubblica Sicurezza) statuisce che “… il proprietario di casa può dare alloggio solo a persone che hanno fornito un documento di riconoscimento valido e sono state riconosciute“. - è vietato utilizzare il divano come letto durante il soggiorno. - Seguire le istruzioni per effettuare il self check in per entrare nell'appartamento. Tre giorni prima della data di check in ti saranno inviate le istruzioni sulla piattaforma. Il check in può essere effettuato anche tardi la sera. - L’orario per il self check-in va dalle 11:00 alle 22:00. Dopo le 22:00 è comunque possibile effettuare il self check-in in autonomia, ma non sarà garantita assistenza telefonica o via chat sulla piattaforma. I nostri orari di assistenza sono dalle 9:00 alle 22:00. - Al di fuori della fascia oraria 9:00–22:00 non siamo reperibili, né telefonicamente né via chat sulla piattaforma. In caso di necessità o segnalazioni effettuate durante tali orari, sarà necessario contattarci nuovamente alla riapertura dell’assistenza. - Check-out entro e non oltre le ore 10:00. Spegnere le luci e l’aria condizionata, chiudere tutte le finestre e la porta dell’appartamento. Chiudere la porta con il pulsante "indietro" sul tastierino, accanto al tasto 9. Si ricorda che è necessario portare via la spazzatura al check out. - E’ necessario comunicare l'ora di arrivo almeno il giorno prima del vostro arrivo. - Rispettare la proprietà e tenerlo pulito. - Spegnere le luci e l'aria condizionata ogni volta che si lascia l'appartamento. - Chiudere le finestre e chiudere la porta d'ingresso ogni volta che si lascia l'appartamento. Noi non siamo responsabili per i vostri effetti personali in caso di effrazione o furto. - Possiamo offrire una culla da viaggio per bambini gratuitamente se richiesto prima del vostro soggiorno. Si precisa che non saranno fornite le coperte e lenzuola per la culla. Sarà necessario portare le proprie. La richiesta deve pervenire a mezzo piattaforma entro il giorno prima del vostro check in, altrimenti non saremo in grado di soddisfare la richiesta. - E' severamente vietato fumare nell'appartamento o per le scale, in accordo con l'art. 51 della Legge 16 Gennaio 2003 n. 3 "Tutela salute dei non fumatori". - Rispettare il vicinato, non correre sulle scale e mantenere bassa la vostra voce e la musica nelle ore di silenzio (22.00-09.00). - Al momento del check-out non lasciare piatti sporchi, avanzi di cibo o immondizia in casa. é necessario portare via la spazzatura al check out e fare la raccolta differenziata.

- EURO 50 (Solo in caso di emergenza per ragioni che chiedono il nostro intervento per negligenza dell’ospite). - EURO 100 in caso di check out in ritardo non autorizzato oltre un ora dopo l’orario stabilito (10 am) e per ulteriori EURO 100 ad ogni ora, o frazione di ora, aggiuntiva. E' infatti severamente vietato effettuare il check out dopo 10 AM, a meno che non sia stato precedentemente accordato con noi tramite la piattaforma. Questa spesa aumenterà di 100 euro per ogni altra ora, o frazione di essa, aggiuntiva di ritardo dopo il check out. - EURO 50 qualora si lascino piatti sporchi, avanzi di cibo o immondizia in casa. Ricordiamo che è necessario portare via la spazzatura al check out e fare la raccolta differenziata. Qualora queste somme fossero dovute, verranno richieste tramite la piattaforma. Non verranno accettate somme in contanti.
