- Check-in from 11:00 AM just to drop off your luggage and park the car. The house will be cleaned until 03:00 PM and at 03:00 PM it will be clean and perfect for you. - If you need to check in between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM, you can come to the apartment to drop off your luggage and park the car. You will then have to return to the apartment once the apartment is clean and perfect for you from 03:00 PM onwards. - IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to you on the platform to provide the identity documents of all guests and perform face recognition. It is mandatory to provide the documents of all guests and perform face recognition by the date of check-in, otherwise it will not be possible to legally have access to the apartment; in accordance with the law art. 109 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Security) states that "... The landlord can only give access to the apartment to people who have provided a valid identification document and has been verified." The documents' information will be sent to the police and city hall for public security. - BEDS ARRANGEMENT: for groups of up to 2 people only the double bed will be prepared. If you want to use the sofa bed for personal preference, there is an additional charge of 30 EURO to be paid on the platform. The request must be received via the platform by the day before your check-in, otherwise, we will not be able to fulfil the request. For groups of 3 or 4 people, however, a sofa bed will also be prepared at no extra cost. - It is forbidden to use the sofa bed as a bed during your stay without authorization or linens. - PARKING: The apartment offers a private off-street parking spot (uncovered) located in the backyard of the building. Please note that both the apartment and the parking spot are inside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) called “Area C”. To access this area, a ticket of €7.50 must be paid to the city hall on the day you enter the zone. Area C is active from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. While the parking spot is included in the price of the reservation, the Area C fee is the responsibility of the guest and must be paid independently by the guest. - Follow the instructions to self-check-in to get in the apartment. Three days before your check-in date, you'll receive the link for the self-check-in instructions on the platform. Check-in can also be done late in the evening. - Self check-in is available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, you can still complete self check-in independently, but phone and platform chat support will not be available. Our support hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - Outside the 9:00 AM–10:00 PM time frame, we are not reachable, either by phone or via the platform chat. If you have any needs or issues during those hours, you will need to contact us again once support is available. - Check-out no later than 10:00 AM. Turn off the lights and air conditioning, close all windows and the apartment door. Lock the door with the "back" button on the keypad, next to the number 9. Please note that you need to take away your garbage at check out. Put the remote and the card of the parking spot back into the safety lock next to the door. - It is required to communicate the time of arrival at least the day before your arrival. - Respect the property and keep it clean. - Turn off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment. - Close the windows and close the front door every time you leave the apartment. We are not responsible for your personal belongings in the event of a break-in or theft. - We can offer a baby travel cot free of charge if requested prior to your stay. Please note that blankets and sheets for the cot will not be provided. You will need to bring your own. The request must be received via the platform by the day before your check-in, otherwise, we will not be able to fulfil the request. - It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or on the stairs, in accordance with art. 51 of Law no. 3 of 16 January 2003 "Health protection of non-smokers". - Respect the neighbours, don’t run up the stairs and keep your voice and music low during the quiet hours (10.00 PM -09.00 AM). - Do not leave dirty dishes or garbage in the house at check-out. It is necessary to take away the garbage at check out and do recycling.

- EURO 50 (Only in case of emergency due to loss of building keys, remote or keys of the parking spot, or other reasons that require our intervention due to negligence). - EURO 100 in case of unauthorized LATE CHECK OUT. It is strictly forbidden to check out later than 10 AM if not previously agreed with us over the platform. Moreover, it will be charged an additional 100 euro for every additional hour of delay or fraction thereof. (e.g. 2h in late 200 euro, 3h in late 300 euro). - EURO 30 (Only if requested) to use the sofa bed for preference reasons (e.g. two people do not want to sleep in the same bed and the sofa bed is required). Valid for groups of up to 2 people. It does not apply to groups of 3 or 4 people. - EURO 50 in case of dirty dishes, leftover food or trash left in the apartment. It is required to clean the dishes, throw away trash and recycle it in the proper bins in the courtyard. If these charges are due, they will be requested through the platform website. Cash will not be accepted.
