The entrance is through handsomely carved doors that lead into the main living area. A covered verandah and dining area lead out to the pool with numerous dining and sitting spaces. Fabulous modern bathrooms and bedrooms, all with private terraces or balconies with a sea view. The lower-level lawn is home to the outside BBQ area, which gives another space to dine or relax. There is also space for outside yoga, looking over the sea. Stairs lead you to the jetty, where guests can snorkel and swim when the sea is calm. A popular dive site is located approximately 100 yards from the jetty and can be reached through shore diving or by boat. The villa is fortunately situated between two fish sanctuaries and thus an ideal location for snorkeling or scuba diving. At certain times of the year, guests can see a turtle release nearby, part of an important marine sanctuary program and a delight for kids of all ages. BEDROOM ACCOMMODATION Each bedroom features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen 50” TV with cable access and a sea view. En-suite bathrooms with robes, bathroom amenities & safes. GROUND FLOOR Bedroom 1 – Fez 2 Queen-size beds with walk-in closet and French doors to pool lawn terrace. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, and indoor/outdoor rain shower, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 – Siam King-size bed with walk-in closet and French doors to pool lawn terrace. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, and indoor/outdoor rain shower, and ceiling fan. UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 3 – Zanzibar 2 Queen-size beds with walk-in closet and French doors to a private balcony. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain shower, and a soaking tub. Bedroom 4 – Bombay King-size bed with French doors to a private balcony. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain shower, and a separate toilet. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.

House Rules and Terms

1. CAPACITY OF VILLAS: The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for, based on two persons per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for all excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa immediately, without refund. 2. COMPLAINTS AND MAINTENANCE: Personal Villas and affiliated on-island property managers shall make every effort to keep all villas and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, they will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. Villa management reserves the right to be allowed a reasonable amount of time to cure a problem. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, internet service, water, pool filtration systems, hot tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the Guest’s obligation to report any problems or damage to their villa IMMEDIATELY to us, regardless of the hour. 3. NO PETS: Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the villa’s premises without specific written permission from Personal Villas (granted prior to arrival). A pet or evidence of a pet found on the premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of the Guest’s entire rent and deposit. 4. QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES: We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties, commercial uses or functions such as weddings are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from Personal Villas. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood, particularly after 10 pm at night. If the Guest is found to have had a wedding or any sort of group gathering for more persons than officially scheduled and paid for at the villa, and/ or without Personal Villas advance written permission, he is subject to forfeiture of his entire villa security deposit to the villa’s owner, at the joint discretion of Personal Villas and the villa’s owner. 5. SMOKING, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. (In most cases smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces—please check with your rental agent). Guest and members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into any villa any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
