Tucked among the beautiful neighborhoods of downtown Savannah, this freshly renovated condominium features high-end finishes and stylish interior design from Plum West Designs. Once home to the nefarious John Deering, this condo is one of a kind in Savannah. Enter the three-level condo through a contemporary front door that sets the mood for the entire space. To the right of the foyer is a spacious galley kitchen featuring a deep blue backsplash, solid surface countertops, and a brand-new appliance package. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and small appliances. A peninsula island provides dining space for three, while a dining table directly behind provides room for six. Enjoy a beautiful sitting area on the first floor that opens directly to your private balcony. A small sofa and two chairs are great places to curl up and read your favorite book. Take the staircase to the top floor where two bedrooms are found. Enjoy a new king mattress wrapped in fresh linens and plush pillows in the primary bedroom. A large dresser provides ample storage for extended stays. In the second bedroom, find a new queen mattress with fresh linens, an eclectic dresser, and nightstands.
