- Smoking is not permitted - One available parking spot ONLY - Pets are not allowed - Parties are prohibited - Hosts must be notified of visitors - Maximum of 4 guests - Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay - The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up - Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies Pest disclosure We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood has a very friendly and laid-back atmosphere. Many residents enjoy stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the beach, residents can enjoy numerous parks and recreational facilities. The nearby Pompano Community Park offers sports fields, an aquatic center, and walking trails. The area is also well-connected with major roads like A1A and US-1 nearby, facilitating easy travel to other parts of Pompano Beach and neighboring cities like Fort Lauderdale.
