After a day exploring nearby beaches and parks, you can return to a quiet second-floor retreat, put on a record, and unwind in a space designed for comfort and simplicity. Evenings invite slower moments - a shared meal at the dining table or a cozy night in with a movie. Living space Set on the second floor, this entire condo offers a sense of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Large windows bring in natural light throughout the open living and dining area, creating a bright and welcoming environment for relaxing, working, or spending time together. A TV, sound system, and record player add options for laid-back entertainment, while board games offer an easy way to gather and unwind. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 5 guests across two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed with soft bedding. Room-darkening shades help create a restful environment, whether you’re turning in early or sleeping in after a full day out. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for groups, along with bathroom essentials and hot water for a comfortable daily routine. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or cooking dinner at your own pace. A full set of appliances supports everything from quick snacks to sit-down meals, and the dining table offers a comfortable place to gather, plan the day, or enjoy a quiet evening indoors. Amenities & convenience Thoughtful features make both short and extended stays easy. In-unit laundry, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace support longer visits or remote work. Air conditioning, central heating, a ceiling fan, and an indoor fireplace help maintain comfort throughout the day. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock provide flexibility on arrival. Exterior security cameras on property, including a standard ring camera installed at entry, add an extra layer of awareness. Neighborhood Located in the West Ocean View area along Maple Avenue, the neighborhood offers a relaxed residential setting with convenient access to everyday essentials. Note: A garage is located on the ground level beneath the home; however, guest access to the garage is not currently available. Guests enjoy the tranquility of a safe residential street while still being close enough to run errands, grab a meal, or explore local favorites. The neighborhood is conveniently located for travelers — only a short drive from [Nearest Airport], downtown attractions, and major roads, making it ideal for both leisure visits and work assignments. Maple Avenue is especially loved by families, professionals, and guests seeking comfort, safety, and a welcoming local atmosphere. Cleaning: - Additional fees for smoking indoors: $250 You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone. - Vomit/bodily fluid or waste $250 - Illegal drug paraphernalia $250 - Glitter or confetti: $200 - Unauthorized pets $200/per pet - Dirty dishes $50 - Missing towel $20 (per towel) Pets - Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, we charge a $99 non-refundable pet fee - Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds - No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors - Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees - We do not allow cats at our property, please ask about any other pets if traveling with them Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Forgotten Personal Items: - Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery - Guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee - Will only ship domestically (No International Shipping) Guests: If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact me immediately. If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total] and Host is not notified, per house rules Guest acknowledged when booking, booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party. Late Checkout: Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If requested prior to the day of checkout we may be able to offer a later checkout time free of charge depending on the schedule of our cleaning team. Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
